Starting point
Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh needed to strengthen their visual identity. We began with dated, inconsistent graphics. They had minimal social media presence, inaccurately representing their community investment.
Additionally, they lack physical resources for members and neighbors alike. This made it difficult to communicate events and connect others with the support the church could provide.
Refining and mobilizing a Church Community Visual Identity
solution
I started with a clear style framework which grew into a cohesive system. Today, the designs feel modern, approachable, and aligned with the heart of the church—showing up consistently across sermon series, print materials, and digital platforms.
Alongside visual design, I’ve managed the church’s social media presence and creative strategy, developing engaging content and resources that make clear connections and gatherings memorable. This work has allowed me to blend intentional design with community-focused storytelling in a meaningful way.

mERCH design
Using one of the churches theme verses, the design emphasizes the gospel words to be the first thing you see, while at the same time creating a visually light design.
Because the church is located amongst towns of bridges I highlighted that as well to illustrate the theme of love being the bridge between God and people.
